These workstations and LCD computers are equipped with purge systems which insure intrinsic safety in areas where flammable or explosive gasses or vapors are very likely to exists in the air during normal operating conditions. Groups C and D use an automatic purge while Group B requires a standard purge system.

2. Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D

These workstations and LCD computers are equipped with purge systems which insure intrinsic safety in areas where explosive or flammable gasses or vapors could possibly exist in the air during an abnormal occurance such as a leak.

3. Class 2, Division 1, Groups E, F, and G

These workstations and LCD computers are equipped with purge systems which insure intrinsic safety in areas where ignitable dust, carbon, or ignitable material is very likely to exists in the air during normal operating conditions.

4. Class 2, Division 2, Groups E, F, and G

These workstations and LCD computers are equipped with purge systems which insure intrinsic safety in areas where ignitable dust, carbon, or ignitable material possibly could exist in the air during an abnormal occurance such as a spill.
