VarTech's Class 2, Division 2, Groups E, F, and G industrial workstations and LCD computers, use a Type Z automatic pressurization system which operates by pressurizing the systems air so no ignitable materials can enter. Once the system is stabilized and confirmed, and constant pressure is maintained within the system, the enclosure is energized.

Z Type Purge System for Class 2, Div 2, Groups E, F, and G

This system is for use in Class 2, Division 2, Groups E, F, and G. It regulates and monitors pressure within sealed (protected) enclosure(s), in order to remove and prevent flammable gas or vapor accumulations. The system accomplishes four air exchanges and maintains a "safe" (0.25") pressure.

* Includes form "C" contacts for audible or visual alarm systems.

   NFPA 496 and ISA 12.4.
