VarTech Systems Inc. releases an industrial-grade 24" WIDE video format (16:9) product family. Mechanical configurations include IP66 (NEMA 4X) Panel Mount, IP65 (NEMA 4) Panel Mount and IP50 rated VESA Mount.

General features include: Bright active matrix TFT display, high-definition 1920 x 1080 resolution, VGA and DVI video input capabilities, 16 million colors, wide viewing angles, high contrast and various power capabilities including AC and DC.

Add-on options include: 5-wire resistive touch screen, 24 VDC power, extended operational temperature range down to -20°C, optical bonding for added Shock & Vibration protection and/or reduced solar reflectivity.

The NEMA 4X (IP66) panel mount model (VT240PS) has a gasket-sealed stainless steel frontal bezel and is designed to operate in harsh environments, such as water direct hose-down applications, and is ideally suited for a wide variety of industrial plant floor applications.

The NEMA 4 (IP65) panel mount model (VT240P) is a very rugged industrial grade display system and has a gasket-sealed aluminum front bezel. It's designed to operate in harsh environments and is ideally suited for a wide variety of industrial plant floor applications.

Finally, the rugged VESA mount model (VT240V) is an IP50-rated LCD Display. This high-resolution LCD can display large amounts of critical production and process information, providing floor personnel with easy-to-see and easy-to-read production targets, cadence, alarms, machine uptime and downtime measurements, and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), thus helping to improve productivity and efficiency in the work place.
