What
are the Benefits of VBOND?
VBOND greatly increases Contrast Ratio
in high ambient light conditions. The percentage increase in
contrast ratio as compared to standard monitors is in fact greater
the higher the light conditions. This is because the VBOND virtually
eliminates reflection which degrades the contrast in regular
models and causes sunlight wash-out.
VBOND makes an LCD sunlight readable
without increasing the amount of backlighting resulting in no
extra power consumption or producing of extra heat.
It also prevents dust, moisture, and
heat build up by eliminating the gap of air usually present
between the LCD screen and the front glass.
Increases impact protection for the
LCD screen. Should the front glass get hit and break there will
be a solid layer of protection between the glass and the LCD
screen to protect from scratching the actual LCD screen.
VBOND adds structural integrity to the
display by sealing the most important pieces of the unit solidly
together.
