ToughCube - High Performance Industrial Computer

VarTech has released its light weight yet powerful ToughCube Industrial Computer.

The rugged ToughCube can be purchased separately or integrated into any of VarTech’s NEMA 4X LCD computers or workstations. The ToughCube is designed with a unique quick component release mounting system which allows for fast peripheral replacement of most of the core system components therefore maximizing system uptime and productivity.

The powerful ToughCube has a Pentium M 1.8 GHz processor, 1GB of memory (expandable up to 2GB), a Dual Fast Ethernet Controller, a DVD 24X readable device, a 24X Read/Write CD drive, and an impressive multitude of I/O ports. The Ultra DMA hard drive is available in 80GB, 120GB or 160GB sizes. And, since the hard drive is typically the most vibration sensitive component, the ToughCube is equipped with a hard drive vibration dampening device. The system is network capable and is pre-installed with Microsoft XP Professional.

June 12 - 14; Booth 3109

VarTech will be displaying their rugged displays during East Pack / ATX East scheduled for June 12 - 14. The show will be held at Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York. Five trade shows co-located in one location are guaranteed to bring you the latest advances in products, automation and packaging solutions.

New for the show will be a completely interactive booth design. On display will be NEMA 4, 4X and 6P waterproof products in a variety of mechanical configurations, including monitor only, all-in-one computers and workstations. We will also be displaying our fully functioning enclosed wash down monitor demonstration.
