The VT190M1-IR with Infra-red touchscreen has been designed primarily for Low Scan Legacy Systems as replacements for 20"/21" CRT monitors. They utilize a modern SXGA TFT (1280 x 1024 pixels) panel and a versatile Analog-Digital interface board. All elements have been packaged in a compact metal housing and attached to a heavyduty stand. With the VESA mount, the display can be attached to a retractable arm or a fixed resident post.
By special development of their own Signal Recognition and Scaling software, and access to an extensive library of older signal timings gained from 25 plus years of CRT monitor manufacturing, VarTech has created a Multiscan (“Universal:) flat panel monitor with unique 15.625-64kHz display capabilities. Signal timings are factory preset and added to the Program Store by customer request.
