ToughStation is VarTech's largest product line, spanning eight computer, monitor, and workstation variants, including CID2 certified and purge protected hazardous area configurations. All ToughStation units are built to meet IP65 and IP66 standards with a NEMA 4 or NEMA 4X enclosure, and are available in standard powder coat (black, white, or gray), custom color powder coat, or grained stainless steel.
Standard ToughStation Computers and Monitors operate from -20°C to 60°C, with options for MIL-DTL 38999 connectors and connectors built to meet IP67 standards. CID2 certified, purge protected, and workstation variants use connectors built to meet IP69 standards instead, and the Hazardous Area Workstations operate across a -10°C to 60°C range. Computer variants across the line support up to 14th Gen Intel Core processors with GPU and NPU acceleration and up to 64 GB of system memory. Enclosures are fully sealed, with cooling by fans. VarTech is BABA, ITAR, NDAA, TAA, and RoHS compliant, and certified to ISO 9001:2015.
