Complete In-House Manufacturing

Our metal shop produces every enclosure, mount, and structural component used in VarTech systems. Because fabrication happens internally, tariffs, shipping delays, or overseas material shortages never interrupt production. Next to the metal shop, our warehouse keeps a secure inventory of essential components and sub-assemblies. This ensures that manufacturing continues without disruption and that delivery timelines remain predictable.

Assembly and Quality Control

Within our facility, two large assembly rooms manage the complete build process for all product lines. Each unit then moves to our Quality Control room, where detailed functional, mechanical, and environmental testing takes place. Every computer, display, and HMI must meet VarTech’s established performance and protection standards before approval. This process guarantees the rugged reliability our customers expect.

Continuous Improvement Through In-House RMA

Service and support are also handled internally. Our RMA room performs diagnostics, repairs, and re-certification directly in Clemmons. By keeping this process on-site, we shorten response times and continuously apply lessons from field performance back into our production line, improving each new generation of products.
