Our WeighStation weigh scale HMI can be a monitor or a computer for increased flexibility according to each customer's needs. Our computers are designed to seamlessly integrate with any software running your equipment, allowing us to engineer custom solutions tailored to your operation's needs.

Our kiosks are check-in terminals with a streamlined user interface.

They include RFID technology and barcode scanners as needed. In addition, they can be equipped with cameras to record vehicles stopping and passing through your station.  

Optional thermal printers enable easy record-keeping, such as a ticketing system for drivers. Microphones and speakers are also available if a driver must communicate with an operator upon arrival.  

Remotely gathering data from your company's unattended truck scales is as necessary as their driver-facing functionality. Our computers can be remotely managed via wired KVM, fiber Internet connection, or 4G-LTE mobile network connectivity to fit within existing processes.

Rugged touchscreen options are an additional feature that our WeighStation can be configured with. Our rugged ArmorTouch touchscreens resist abrasion and remain functional when exposed to dirt and debris, even after suffering impact damage.

Built to meet NEMA 4X and IP66 protection standards, our WeighStation products are made for outdoor use. They are reliable remote kiosks for daily scale operations, protecting against water and dust ingress and have configurations with a locking or non-locking front enclosure door.  

In addition, the products have internal technology options that allow for operation in extreme heat or cold, so no matter what climate your unattended truck scale system is in, around-the-clock functionality will not cease.
