Features

Display Clarity and Glare Reduction

VBOND optical bonding reduces light refraction and external glare by filling the air gap between display layers with resin. Light passes through bonded layers more efficiently, reducing reflection loss and improving visibility in bright outdoor environments and high-ambient light industrial settings.

Impact Protection and Durability

The resin layer absorbs shock and protects against impact damage, vibration, and environmental stress. Optically bonded displays withstand harsh industrial environments, mobile applications, and public access areas where equipment experiences regular physical stress.

Touch Accuracy and Environmental Resistance

Displays maintain touch response accuracy by preserving pressure distribution through the substrate, enabling reliable operation with styluses, gloved hands, or bare hands.

The sealed construction prevents condensation and fogging in humid environments while protecting internal components from moisture, dust, and debris.

Use Cases

Manufacturing, Oil, and Gas

Bonded displays protect against extreme temperatures while preventing LCD overheating in high-temperature facilities. Reduced glare and better durability maintain operational visibility in hazardous areas where equipment reliability affects safety protocols and production efficiency.

Marine and Maritime Applications

The displays provide better clarity in direct sunlight and resist saltwater corrosion. Optically bonded displays prevent fogging and condensation that impair navigation systems and control panels in ocean environments, making them essential for marine vessels and offshore platforms.

Military and Defense Operations

Defense applications need displays that maintain readability under extreme conditions while withstanding shock, vibration, and impact damage. Optical bonding eliminates internal reflections and keeps tactical information visible during day and night operations.
