Trusted by Maersk, Oceaneering, Royal Caribbean International, and Yamaha Boats, our computers and monitors' NEMA and IP weatherproofing make them a reliable solution for marine applications.
The All-Weather, our product most used in maritime applications, was engineered with weather resistance at the forefront of its rugged design. Available as a computer or monitor and built to meet NEMA 6 and IP67 or IP68 protection standards, it prevents the ingress of dust and water.
Often used on the deck of a ship or in the always-exposed conditions of smaller watercraft, its NEMA 6 and IP67 or IP68 protection shield the units from corrosive saltwater and air. Screen sizes range from 8.4" to 21.5".

When a marine computer or monitor is needed for indoor water-bound applications, such as controlling navigation systems on a vessel's bridge or wheelhouse, our DiamondVue units, customizable to your application with NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, IP65, and IP66 protection provide reliable interfaces. Screen sizes range from 6.5" to 43".

ToughStation's NEMA 4 or NEMA 4X and IP65 or IP66 protection make them effective solutions for indoor marine applications such as a bridge navigation console or an HMI that monitors and operates processes in commercial vessels.
Their fully sealed design along with their moisture and corrosion resistance protects them from saltwater or freshwater exposure in extreme environments from deep sea fishing boats to navigation decks of containers ships. Screen sizes ranging from 8.4” to 43” and their half a dozen mounting options enable them to fit conveniently into many pre-existing interfaces.

Ready for the harsh operating environments of the open ocean or inland waters, our rugged displays are built to meet NEMA and IP protection ratings including NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, and NEMA 6, as well as IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68.
Our rugged computers and marine monitors offer multiple touchscreen technology options including resistive and PCAP (projected capacitive) panels. Our durable touchscreens are often equipped with water-sensitive controllers that remain functional when wet, making them excellent for reliable operation harsh operating environments.
Sunlight readability is a must-have feature in the frequently bright daytime conditions of outdoor marine applications. Our marine computers and monitors include high-bright displays possessing a maximum level of 1800 nits for clear visuals in the brightest outdoor conditions.
VarTech's in-house optical bonding processes brings added durability and reduces glare.
The All-Weather includes custom upgrade options for the hostile operating conditions of the open ocean. Whether facing the demanding conditions of the tropical heat and humidity or the arctic cold, we build All-Weather computers and monitors with rugged components for performance in maritime environments with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C.
