RMA: Upgrade and Repair Services

If you need to upgrade your product or return it for repair or retrofit, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is straightforward and efficient.

How to Request an RMA

Processing Time

We aim to process all RMA requests immediately upon receipt. Once your product has been evaluated and the issue is confirmed, we will consult with you to determine appropriate next steps before proceeding with the repair or replacement. 

Warranties

We offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty to give you peace of mind with your new purchase.

VarTech Systems does not accept returns or offer refunds.
